Lobster soup served with hand peeled shrimps and saffron crème
Wagyu beef flank steak served with Steakhouse sauce and roasted onions
Peach Tarte Tatin served with pistachio ice cream
Scallops gratinated with Gruyère cheese served with thyme butter and crusty bread
Overcooked grilled shank of lamb served with Swiss potato gratin, Béarnaise and red wine sauces
Crème brûlée served with strawberry sorbet
Two pots – one with our own cheese sauce and one with aromatic oxtail broth.
Served with white bread, vegetables, beef tenderloin and fillet of lamb.
Also Sapuska´s salad, country fries, aioli, béarnaise sauce and Dijon mayonnaise.
