You can make a table reservation in advance from the attached reservation calendar for a maximum of 8 people. If there are more than 8 or more groups, please fill out the reservation questionnaire or contact our sales service at sales@hulluporo.fi
The reservation is registered under the name of the person making the reservation. If you want a reservation for the name of the company/association, add the information under “Click here to add more information”.
Note! a reservation made through the calendar is always confirmed and valid after data entry, even if there is no email confirmation. Some of the confirmation messages may end up in spam.
This contract applies to group bookings from 20 up to 100 persons. Private functions and bookings over 100 persons will be dealt with separately. The booking is valid when Hullu Poro Ltd confirms it in writing. The booking is valid with the amount of persons which the client has stated when making the booking. This amount can be changed two (2) weeks prior to the event, so that +/-20% can be changed one (1) week prior to the event and +/-10% change two (2) days before the event.
If the group size changes, Hullu Poro Ltd has the right to change the venue and catering to match the number of persons.
BILLING
The size of the group which has been confirmed is the basis for invoicing and the minimum amount which will be invoiced. If the group size changes later that two (2) days before the event or no notification has been given, has Hullu Poro Ltd the right to charge the full rate agreed in the original booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must always be done in writing to the address below or via email to hotel@hulluporo.fi or by fax to 016 6510 0199. The cancellation is valid when it reaches Hullu Poro Ltd.
If the booking has not been cancelled or no changes has been notified to Hullu Poro Ltd as mentioned above, the invoicing will be made based on the group size which has been previously confirmed.
Booking can be cancelled 21 days before the date of the event. Cancellation charges are as follows: – if the booking is cancelled later that 21 days prior to the event, but earlier that 7 days before the date of the event is the cancellation charge 50% of the booking. – if the booking is cancelled later that 7 days before the date of the event, full charge of the booking if invoiced
In case of a force majeur can Hullu Poro Ltd cancel the booking. In this case the client has the right to get a full refund.
LAW
The law applied in this contract is the Finnish law.
DATA PROTECTION
The client information is registered in the client database of Hullu Poro Ltd. The use and application of the information will be done according to Personal Data Act (523/1999). The client has the right to check his/her information in the database.
Hullu Poro Ltd has the right to use the registered address information to its own direct marketing and own internal market etc. researches unless the client forbids this by sending an email to Hullu Poro Oy to sales@hulluporo.fi.
