Booking and cancellation terms and conditions for 100 people will be determined and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\t<section class=\"block_1a3f516fe2413a71a73ebd291fccff79 block block__textblock\">\n\n\t\t\n<div class=\"container\">\n  <div class=\"textblock__wrapper text-left\">\n          <h2 class=\"section__title\">Companies<\/h2>\n    \n    <p>We send the invoice for VIP-lounge bookings in advance and payment for VIP-lounge bookings is due 30 days before arrival.<br \/>\nThe booking will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not made by the due date. Please check, that you will get the invoice in time.<br \/>\nAdmission tickets and food orders can also be invoiced retrospectively under the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% of the cost will be invoiced for food order cancellations\/changes to food orders done within 7 days or less before arrival.<\/li>\n<li>Admission tickets are invoiced according to the actual number of people.<\/li>\n<li>Drinks and foods ordered in advance and on the premises are paid on the spot or according to the agreed invoicing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cancellations must always be advised via e-mail at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sales@hulluporo.fi\">sales@hulluporo.fi:<\/a><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations are free if the cancellation notice is given at least 30 days or more before the start of the booking.<\/li>\n<li>However, a 40,00\u20ac administration fee will be charged for cancellations under these conditions<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation fee is 50% if a cancellation is made with less than 14 days\u2019 notice<\/li>\n<li>The cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price for bookings cancelled within 14 days or less before the booking commencement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n      <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\t<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\t<section class=\"block_85c0b9426a56cc4fb39c04d88da434e4 block block__textblock\">\n\n\t\t\n<div class=\"container\">\n  <div class=\"textblock__wrapper text-left\">\n          <h2 class=\"section__title\">Individuals<\/h2>\n    \n    <div class=\"textblock__wrapper text-left\">\n<p>The VIP lounge and any food orders will be invoiced in advance, and payment is due 30 days before arrival.<br \/>\nThe booking will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not made by the due date.
