We send the invoice for VIP-lounge bookings in advance and payment for VIP-lounge bookings is due 30 days before arrival.
The booking will be cancelled automatically if the payment is not made by the due date. Please check, that you will get the invoice in time.
Admission tickets and food orders can also be invoiced retrospectively under the following conditions:

• 100% of the cost will be invoiced for food order cancellations/changes to food orders done within 7 days or less before arrival.
• Admission tickets are invoiced according to the actual number of people.
• Drinks and foods ordered in advance and on the premises are paid on the spot or according to the agreed invoicing.

Cancellations must always be advised via e-mail at sales@hulluporo.fi:

• Cancellations are free if the cancellation notice is given at least 30 days or more before the start of the booking.
  However, a 40,00€ administration fee will be charged for cancellations under these conditions
• The cancellation fee is 50% if a cancellation is made with less than 14 days’ notice
• The cancellation fee is 100% of the booking price for bookings cancelled within 14 days or less before the booking commencement
