You can make a table reservation in advance from the attached reservation calendar for a maximum of 8 people. If there are more than 8 or more groups, please fill out the reservation questionnaire or contact our sales service at sales@hulluporo.fi

The reservation is registered under the name of the person making the reservation. If you want a reservation for the name of the company/association, add the information under “Click here to add more information”.

Note! a reservation made through the calendar is always confirmed and valid after data entry, even if there is no email confirmation. Some of the confirmation messages may end up in spam.

How do I get from the airport to Hotel Hullu Poro?

Kittilä Airport is only 15 kilometers away. From Kittilä Airport, there is a service to Hotel Hullu Poro in Levi. An airport bus runs from Kittilä Airport to Levi after every arriving flight, throughout the year. Departures occur after baggage claim. What time can I check into my hotel room and when must I check out?

Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the departure day. If you wish to have access to your room immediately in the morning, you need to book it for the previous night.

Is it possible to have daily cleaning in my room?

In an effort to save the environment, daily cleaning of the room is done after stays longer than 3 days. If additional cleaning is needed, please contact the hotel reception the day before. This service is included in the accommodation price.

Can pets be brought to the hotel?

Hotel Hullu Poro has a limited number of rooms where pets can stay. There is a pet fee of 20 € / pet / stay. Guide dogs, assistance dogs, and official service dogs can stay in our hotel free of charge. Please inform us about your pet at the time of booking. The guest staying with the pet is responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs caused by the pet.

Can guests be brought into the hotel?

Visiting hours in hotel rooms end at 9:00 PM, after which the use of hotel rooms is exclusively for checked-in guests. We wish to ensure a peaceful stay and undisturbed sleep for all our guests.

Individual reservations
Changes and cancellations for bookings made through other booking sites are subject to their own rules and conditions and must be handled by contacting the service provider or using their self-service tools.

Can a minor stay in the hotel without a guardian?

A minor can stay in our hotel alone without a guardian’s presence, provided that this is arranged in advance with the hotel and with written consent from the guardian. The hotel must always have the contact information of the guardians. Ultimately, the guardians are always responsible for the minor. At certain times, such as New Year’s and Easter, it may not be possible for minors to stay alone without a guardian’s presence. Can I stay at the hotel without a credit card?

Upon check-in, guests are required to present a valid credit card. Guests may also be asked to show a valid ID.

What time is breakfast available?

A generous hotel breakfast is included in all room rates. The buffet breakfast is available in the Taivas restaurant on weekdays from Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and on weekends, Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM.

Where can I park my car?

There are free parking spaces for hotel guests in the Hullu Poro hotel premises. Some parking spots have heating plugs. For information on charging electric cars at Hullu Poro, click here.

Is there internet access in the rooms?

The entire hotel has free Wi-Fi access that does not require a password.

Is there luggage storage at the hotel?

The hotel has a free, unguarded luggage room with locks in the basement, where guests can store their luggage at their own risk. The key is available from the hotel reception. Luggage can be brought to the luggage storage before checking in.

Is Hullu Poro accessible?

Most of the public areas in Hullu Poro are accessible and can be reached by wheelchair users using the elevator.

Hotel Hullu Poro does not have fully accessible rooms. We recommend making a reservation by contacting Hullu Poro’s sales service directly at 016 6510 500 to find the best possible option for you. The hotel breakfast in the Taivas restaurant on the 4th floor is accessible by elevator. Your guide or assistance dog is, of course, welcome without an extra charge.
