The family owned Hotel Hullu Poro (Crazy Reindeer), located in Levi resort in Finnish Lapland, has been an all time favorite for travellers from all over the world for three decades. The restaurants of Hullu Poro cater for many tastes offering everything from local cuisine to Asian delicacies. Our two boutique hotels Taivaanvalkeat and Blueberry Villa are located in the middle of nature in a beautiful country setting by the Ounasjoki river. This location offers our guests unique access to our Elves Hideaway experience village with adventures and activities for the whole family.
As time has passed and our business has grown from one restaurant to a multi-facility resort, we were facing the fact that we need a new internationally recognizable family brand to bring all our different operations under the same umbrella. Lapland is the home of Santa Claus, elves and many magical creatures. Every year thousands of families travel here to experience the magic that only Lapland can offer . Our Elves Holiday Resort concept was born out of our love for the local heritage and Nordic nature. Our hotels, restaurants, activities and adventures are now part of the Elves Holiday Resort concept bringing individual travellers, couples, friends and families together.
Flights to Kittilä airport are only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Helsinki and the transfer to the resort takes just 20 minutes. The Levi village is busy also during the summer season of the midnight sun, when the sun never sets. Visiting huskies, reindeer, white water rafting, golfing and sightseeing the national parks among other activities make this a unique holiday destination. We and our team of elves welcome you to experience the wonders of Arctic Lapland.
