Groups / booking and cancellation terms

A 30% deposit of the total amount must be paid in advance. Rooms for which no deposit has been received by the due date may be released by the hotel. Final invoice´s due date is one week prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation is valid as from the moment Hullu Poro Co. Ltd has received it. Same terms are valid with all services reserved.

Number of rooms 5-10
* without expenses 45 days prior to arrival
* 44-30 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the accommodation’s costs
* 29-14 days prior to arrival we charge 75% of the accommodation’s costs
* 13-0 days prior to arrival total amount will be charged
* change of 1-2 rooms to the original reservation without charges if done at least 7 days prior to arrival

Number of rooms 11-30
* without expenses 60 days prior to arrival
* 59-45 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the accommodation’s costs
* 44-30 days prior to arrival we charge 75% of the accommodation’s costs
* 29-0 days prior to arrival total amount will be charged
* change of 1-4 rooms to the original reservation without charges if done at least 14 days prior to arrival
* after that change of 1-2 rooms without charges if done at least 7 days prior to arrival

* without expenses 90 days prior to arrival
* 89-60 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the accommodation’s costs
* 59-45 days prior to arrival we charge 75% of the accommodation’s costs
* 44-0 days prior to arrival total amount will be charged
* change of 1-4 rooms to the original reservation without charges if done at least 14 days prior to arrival
* after this change of 1-2 rooms without charges if done at least 7 days prior to arrival
