Reindeer prepared in two different ways. Crepinet made with the fillet and epigram of reindeer neck served with Grand Veneur Sauce and Lappish potato and herb mash

Lappish cheese braised with brown sugar cream then served with cloud berries
After the cookery school you will enjoy the dinner what you have just made.
The school will include the cooking lesson, apron, diploma and the Crazy Reindeers -book.

You will also cook some special accompaniments to go with the sausages.
After cookery school you will have a traditional Finnish sauna.
After the sauna you enjoy the dinner what you have just made.
