Lappish cookery school

Learn the secrets of Lappish cooking and get familiar with our special
raw materials.
You will cook the 4 course dinner with our head chef.

Boletus mushroom soup with Lappish Rieska bread

Sugar salted arctic char, slightly smoked white fish tartar and smoked vendace cream
Served with dill & buttermilk sauce, leek’s ash and smoked rye bread

Reindeer prepared in two different ways. Crepinet made with the fillet and epigram of reindeer neck served with Grand Veneur Sauce and Lappish potato and herb mash

Lappish cheese braised with brown sugar cream then served with cloud berries

After the cookery school you will enjoy the dinner what you have just made.
The school will include the cooking lesson, apron, diploma and the Crazy Reindeers -book.

Sausage making

You will learn to make the sausages out of reindeer, Lappish wild boar and lamb.
You will also cook some special accompaniments to go with the sausages.

After cookery school you will have a traditional Finnish sauna.
After the sauna you enjoy the dinner what you have just made.

The school will include the cooking lesson, apron, diploma and the Crazy Reindeer’s own cookery book.
